Why this charade of enforcement is so dangerous
Just a quick post about ICE. They’re escalating their unlawfulness and cruelty in Minnesota in the cold January winter. Why? One thought that came to mind was they’re fucking with Tim Walz, Governor of Minnesota and former candidate for Vice-President. He called Trump and his followers “weirdos.” He called Vance a “weirdo.” Nothing stings Trump like the truth, especially when it makes him look like the loser he is. This makes as much sense as Somali day-care fraud. You have to have brain-damage to believe the narrative. So…why send so many untrained thugs to Minnesota in the middle of winter?
With Trump and his toadies it can be for a variety of reasons. Distraction. Winter training for ICE. Recruitment for sadists. Testing the boundaries of what the legal system will allow. Or even their new propaganda program of altered photographs now called “memes” and attempting to negate self-evident facts and truths for their own purposes. It’s all very Stalinist and Big Brother and AI loves Stalin and Big Brother because computers have no soul.
What does this mean for the average American? If seeing unidentified “federal agents” committing unconstitutional atrocities without any understand of how actual law enforcement works doesn’t give you a spontaneous orgasm, but instead makes you realize that our government is our enemy then you must fucking act. What actions? Whatever you’re capable of doing. Create art. Find local organizations that can protect those that need it if and when ICE shows up in your area. Join national organizations who are fighting all of this madness legally. And broaden that—join tenant unions and housing advocacy organizations. Volunteer at soup kitchens. Take over your local Democrat and Republican parties and change them for the better. Do whatever it takes before we slide into the inevitable fascism and oligarchy.
Commit to justice. Do not fear the consequences.
